产品性能
●控制器拥有灵活的操作和高效的用户指导使用界面。
●多冲程灌装模式、时间灌装模式、生产点注模式、待机防抱死模式。
●标准I/O通信接口，可独立使用也可方便与PLC或工控机通信。
●按设定的参数进行注液，达到规定注液量的时候，自动停止注液。
●采用可编程控制器及触摸屏参数设定。
●可以通过参数设定为前进L/后退R模式。
●具有产能计数。
●手动、自动运行功能。具有运行时、完成后、故障报警等反馈信号输出功能。
●可用于OEM。

l 具备多冲程灌装模式、时间灌装模式、生产点注模式、待机防抱死模式。
l 带RS485接口标准MODBUS协议可与IPC或PC工控设备通讯.
l 具备标准I/O通信接口。总触发端口、单个泵触发、完成反馈端口、时时反馈端口等形成闭环系统。
l 特殊通讯端口可定制或选择。
l 数字化智能设定与调节计量泵参数。
l 本控制器产品可提供OEM或ODM.
Product performance
l The controller operates flexibly and an efficient user guidance interface.
l Multi stroke filling mode, time filling mode, production point filling mode and standby anti-lock mode.
l With RS48 communication and standard I/O communication interface. It can be used independently or it can communicate with the PLC or IPC.
l Standard I/O communication interface is available. Total trigger port, single pump trigger, complete feedback port, constant feedback port, etc
l Special communication ports are customized or selected.
l Digital intelligent setting and adjustment of the metering pump parameters.
